All alarm response calls are managed through our 24 Hour Control Room and Helpdesk in Wakefield.
Together with providing traditional responses to intruder alarm activations, we also provide responses to;

Our operators use our bespoke management portal; PIR (Patrol-Inspect-Respond) as their primary means to manage your site and coordinate the required response via the relevant response vehicle.
Each activation is categorised as an “immediate” job and is tasked through the portal direct to the officer’s mobile app and individual log in.
Each individual customer site file contains all the information and access instructions to provide a timely and detailed response from notification to completion for both the operator and the responding officer.
This includes:
- full site details
- site plans
- emergency escalation procedures
- photograph of your keys
- key holder escalation details
- reports detailing previous attendances and or issues to provide assistance
