Key divests Door Supervision & Events Division

The Key Security Group, have today 4th January 2016 divested all their interests in the provision of door supervision and event security services.
The company began life in this sector in 2007, and quickly saw the company grow to a turnover in excess of £1million, holding national contracts in Newcastle, Bolton, York, Lincoln and a raft of regional contracts in South and West Yorkshire.
The contracts and operations of the business were acquired by SGL, part of SecuriGroup Ltd, a large Scottish based security business, with a UK wide management and operational infrastructure.
All existing staff were transferred to SGL as part of the deal which also saw all customers transfer over to SGL marking the end of client relationships, some of which began when the company was formed.
We wish our clients and SGL good luck for the future as we focus on core services such as key holding and mobile security, Remote CCTV Monitoring and a range of security and fire systems.
